A small privately owned property development company established in 2009 with roots in the village of Hawkesbury Upton South Gloucestershire.
The company’s first development was the construction of two detached houses just off the High Street in Hawkesbury Upton in sympathetic traditional stone walling which attracted a local authority nomination for best small development award.
A further development of land at Highfields , Hawkesbury Upton with the construction of four detached traditional styled houses proceeded followed by two detached bungalow’s in Cirencester . The company is shortly due to commence the construction of two cottage style houses in Wickwar , South Gloucestershire.
The company prides itself on very high standards of build quality using established methods of construction blending the use of natural materials into new houses to provide the attractive traditional look with the enhanced benefit of the latest standards of thermal efficiency and ECO friendly design.
